Changed your mind?
Return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days. We collect them from you, and refund to the wallet or card you paid with within 5 working days.
Damaged or faulty?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we’ll replace it free of charge. Faults after that are covered by the product warranty.
Refund timing
Online payments are refunded through Paystack within 3–5 working days. Cash payments are refunded by MoMo.
