How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2pm are delivered the same day in central Accra. Most of Greater Accra, Tema and Kasoa get theirs within 24–48 hours, and Kumasi in 2–3 working days.
How much is delivery?
It depends on your area — usually between GH₵ 25 and GH₵ 45 in Greater Accra. You’ll see the estimate at checkout, and you pay it to the rider, never online.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, in most of Greater Accra and Kasoa. Pay the rider in cash or by MoMo when your order arrives. Outside those areas, please pay online with MoMo or card.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. If you later sign in with the same phone number or email, your past orders show up in your account.
Are your products genuine?
Everything we sell is new and sourced from trusted suppliers, and electrical items carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Keep your receipt — it’s in your email and your account.
