Delivery & fees
We run our own riders from our Osu store, so we can tell you exactly where your order is.
How it works
We confirm your order, pack it and hand it to a rider. You’ll get an SMS with the rider’s name and number when it leaves.
Please inspect your items while the rider is with you. If anything is damaged, refuse it and we’ll replace it.
Paying the delivery fee
The fee is paid to the rider in cash or MoMo when your order arrives. It is never added to your online payment.
